Customer details will be stored by Brandroid separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
Card transactions will be acquired for Brandroid via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African
Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the
website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
South African Rand (ZAR).
Coast SA takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website,
customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Goods may be returned when not to your expectation, defective, damaged or if the product supplied is not the same product as what was ordered. If your product is not to your satisfaction, please notify us through your portal so that we can arrange a pickup. If the Goods are defective in any way this must be reported within 7 days after the product has been delivered to you. If the goods are damaged upon delivery, this must be immediately reported, within 24 hours of delivery. If the Goods are not the same as what was ordered this must also be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If the Goods have been approved for return, we will notify you and will arrange for our couriers to collect the item from you. Please ensure that the Goods you are returning is packaged carefully so that it does not become damaged en-route to us.
You are entitled to cancel your order for Goods, without penalty, within 30 days of the Goods having been delivered to you. In such an event – You will receive a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days of the date of cancelling this agreement. Courier Costs for cancelled orders will be for our account (Within South African Borders). If the return is due to Goods being supplied incorrectly (within South African borders), in which case, the Courier Costs will be for our account. Refunds on cancelled orders will only be processed provided Goods are returned in their original packaging and are not damaged or used. The Company will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period. You may then, within 7 days of receiving such notification elect whether or not to proceed with your order for the Goods. If you elect not to proceed with your order, we will reimburse you with the purchase price within 7 days of having informed you that we are not able to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period.7

Do not place any shipping labels or tape directly on the packaging. Please make sure that Goods are clean and free of any other foreign substances before returning them. Please return the Goods with a note stating if you would like a credit or an exchange.
If any party (“Defaulting Party”) breaches any of these terms and conditions and fails to remedy such breach within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of notice to remedy the breach, the aggrieved party shall be entitled to claim specific performance or to cancel this agreement forthwith upon written notice to the defaulting party, without prejudice to its right to recover: any amounts that may be due to it in terms of this agreement; and any loss or damage suffered as a consequence of the breach or the cancellation of this agreement.
The Company hereby selects 120 EP Malan Street, AquaPlan Business Park Unit 14, Pomona, Kempton Park as its address for the service of all formal notices and legal processes in connection with these terms and conditions of sale (“domicilium”). You hereby select the address specified on the Goods order form as your domicilium. Either party may change its domicilium to any other physical address by not less than 7 days’ notice in writing to the other party. Notices must be sent either by hand, prepaid registered post or email and must be in English. All notices sent: by hand will be deemed to have been received on the date of delivery; by prepaid registered post, will be deemed to have been received 10 days after the date of posting.
All email communications between you and us must make use of the “Read Receipt” function to serve as proof that an email has been received.
You may not cede, assign or otherwise transfer your rights and obligations in terms of these terms and conditions of sale to any third party. Any failure on the part of you or the Company to enforce any right in terms hereof shall not constitute a waiver of that right. If any term or condition contained herein is declared invalid, the remaining terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect. No variation, addition, deletion, or agreed cancellation of these terms and conditions will be of any force or effect unless in writing and accepted by or on behalf of the parties hereto. No indulgence, extension of time, relaxation or latitude which any party (“the grantor”) may show grant or allow to the other (“the grantee”) shall constitute a waiver by the grantor of any of the grantor’s rights and the grantor shall not thereby be prejudiced or stopped from exercising any of its rights against the grantee which may have arisen in the past or which might arise in the future. These Terms and Conditions of Sale, read together with the General Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website, and our Privacy Policy contain the whole agreement between you and the Company and no other warranty or undertaking is valid, unless contained in this document between the parties.
We deliver to all major centres and outlying areas within the Republic of South Africa – So nationwide! Please contact us for a shipping quote should you require delivery to a neighboring country.

Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or the post office, please provide a physical street address, thank you. The delivery is door to door.We no longer make use of the South African postal service due to unreliability.
We offer free, nation-wide shipping on all orders over R2000.
Any order under R2000 will incur a delivery fee of R200.
Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days unless otherwise specified on the product page – check the description and stock status. Orders placed after 11:59am will only be processed the next working day. Delivery is effective once payment is cleared in our account. Your payment option will have an affect on delivery time. EFT/Card payments that are cleared immediately are the quickest and safest. If you are ordering a Coast product/s that need to be engraved, allow for an additional period which will be agreed with you, to the delivery time. If you are ordering a product which states ‘available on backorder, you must allow for a 14-21 day delivery period as this item/s will need to be imported to fulfill your order. We do not process orders over the weekend or on public holidays. Delivery takes place Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays, during regular business hours.
We cannot give a time when the courier driver will arrive to deliver the parcel. There are so many factors which influence the delivery time such as traffic, delays at a previous stop or a technical problem.
Delivery will take place between business hours, from 08:00 to 17:00. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel.
Courier delivery:
Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or the post office. Someone must sign the waybill when receiving the parcel. If you cannot be present at the delivery address a work colleague or member of staff may sign on your behalf. Please note that shopping centres, estates, mines, universities and large companies are difficult deliveries and will usually result in delayed delivery if specific address and details are not provided.
